Representatives from School District 60, the Government of British Columbia, the City of Fort St John, the District of Taylor, BC Hydro, contractors, and a family member of Bella Yahey were present along with members of the community for a ground breaking ceremony today at the site of Margaret Ma Murray Community School. During our Today & Tomorrow conversations many years ago (2008-2009) one of the many participants raised the great idea of students being able to help build a future school. While we don’t have a record of who suggested it, here’s the follow through.
